Well, this week nearly got away with me. Just when I think I’ve got the hang of juggling…my routine, not any physical objects. Trust me, you do not want to see that. Pretty sure juggling takes basic hand-eye coordination, which I’m seriously lacking. Anyway, I did think I had a good routine figured out last week, then I was like what if I tried this instead. Then, no, that isn’t quite working either. So, back to the drawing board(again, figuratively, because that is one more thing that’s not in my skill set). So, I’m still figuring things out. I have made some progress, though.

Writing

Slanting Sunlight

I had hoped to finish revisions on this. But, I’m not quite there yet. Using Fictionary’s journey steps, I’m through step 7/9, and started step 8. I haven’t actually been making changes, just jotting down notes on what needs work. Once I finish the steps, I’ll go back through and start revising. So, hopefully sometime next week.

Cat in the Bakery

I did start putting this into Fictionary this week, and I’m through step 5/9 on it. I’d hoped to finish it next week, but it may take me a little longer than that. I’m not planning on changing any of my due dates. I’ll just work other projects in and adjust my routine to fit.

Changeling

I hadn’t worked on this in a while, so my first step was to read over at least the last few chapters of what I’d written, so I could get back into the story. It’s still been a little slow-going, but I have added around 2000 words to it.

The Mirror to Perfection

I had sent this out to a couple beta readers, and I got it back from one of them Wednesday night! Some stuff to address, but overall good feedback(and called it a sweet and affirming story, which made me feel good). Still waiting to hear back from one more reader before I actually go about making any of those changes.

Reading

Cookies to Crumbles

I read this on Sunday. It was a pretty quick story and really sweet. I really, really enjoyed it. Just a nice story about two people falling in love, even when everything around them isn’t perfect.

Crafting

Nonbinary Pride Cowl

I’ve made more progress on this. It’s coming together quite nicely, I think. I’m a little over halfway finished. I didn’t expect it to take quite this long, but I don’t have any other projects lined up at the moment, so I’m not too worried about that, either.
